Summary

This study compares two types of nerve blocks (External Oblique Intercostal block and Transversus Abdominis Plane block) for pain control after laparoscopic spleen removal in children aged 8 to 16. The goal is to see which block provides better pain relief right after surgery. The study will enroll 60 children and measure pain scores and heart rate during the operation.
