Summary

This study looks at two different nerve blocks to control pain after breast removal surgery (modified radical mastectomy). About 70 women aged 18 to 65 will receive one of the two blocks. The goal is to see which block reduces the need for extra pain medicine and leads to fewer side effects in the first 24 hours after surgery.
