Summary
This study compares two types of nerve blocks (SFIB and PENG) to see which provides better pain relief after hip replacement surgery. Sixty adults having hip surgery will receive one of the two blocks. The main goal is to measure how much morphine they need in the first 24 hours after surgery, along with their pain scores and any nausea or vomiting.
