New study tests which nerve block eases hernia surgery pain best

Summary
This study compares two types of nerve blocks (TFPB and M-TAPA) to see which provides better pain relief after laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair. Sixty adults aged 18-65 will be randomly assigned to receive one of the blocks before surgery. Researchers will track pain scores, opioid use, side effects, and patient satisfaction for 24 hours after the operation.
