Summary
This study compares two types of nerve blocks to see which one controls pain better after open gallbladder removal. Sixty-six adults will receive either an erector spinae plane block or an external oblique intercostal plane block before surgery. Researchers will measure pain scores, opioid use, and time until first pain request. The goal is to find the more effective technique for safer, more comfortable recovery.
