Summary
This study compares two different nerve-blocking techniques to manage pain after open-heart surgery. Researchers want to see if a combination of two newer nerve blocks works better than the current standard single block at reducing pain and opioid use. The study involves 66 adults undergoing heart surgery with a midline chest incision.
