Gallbladder surgery pain relief: which nerve block works best?

Summary
This study compares two different nerve block techniques to see which one better controls pain and reduces opioid painkiller use after laparoscopic gallbladder removal surgery. Researchers will test these blocks against standard pain medication in 147 patients. The goal is to find the method that provides the best pain relief with the fewest side effects.
