Summary
This early-phase study tests whether a special dye called pafolacianine (CYTALUX™) can make cancer cells glow during surgery for gastrointestinal cancer that has spread in the abdomen. About 10 adults will receive the dye before surgery, and surgeons will check if glowing areas match actual cancer. The goal is to see if this technique helps remove more cancer safely.
