Summary
This study tested a program called Parent Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (PACT) to see if it could improve the mental health of parents whose young children have a feeding disorder. Thirty parents of children aged 2-6 took part, with some receiving PACT and others a control program. The goal was to reduce parent stress, anxiety, and depression, and to see if the program was practical to deliver.
