Summary
This study tests a drug called pacritinib in people with moderate or severe chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) after a stem cell transplant. cGVHD is an immune disorder that can damage organs and cause disability. They will take pacritinib capsules daily for 6 to 12 months, with regular checkups to monitor safety and effectiveness.
