This study tests a drug called pacritinib in people with moderate or severe chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) after a stem cell transplant. cGVHD is an immune disorder that can damage organs and cause disability. Participants must be 18 or older and have not responded to at least two prior treatments.
