Summary
This study aims to understand how using a medical fitness facility and daily habits like diet, exercise, and sleep affect health as people age. Researchers will collect information from 100 adults aged 30 and older who are members of the Wellness Institute in Manitoba. No treatments or medications are tested; the goal is to gather data to design a larger future study on healthy aging.
