First seen Mar 24, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This early-phase study tested a combination of two chemotherapy drugs (paclitaxel given weekly by IV and cyclophosphamide taken daily by mouth) in 28 adults with advanced cancer who had no other treatment options. The main goal was to find the safest dose of paclitaxel when used with a fixed dose of cyclophosphamide. Researchers monitored side effects and tumor response to guide future studies.
