School mindfulness study aims to boost Kids' brains and hearts

Summary

This study looks at whether teaching mindfulness and compassion in the classroom can improve children's attention, emotional control, and social skills. About 500 students in grades 3-7 will take part. They will be tested before and after the programs using games and questionnaires to see if these skills get better.
