Summary

This study tested whether ozone therapy can help with painful mouth sores caused by radiation and chemotherapy for head and neck cancer. 38 patients used a combination of in-office ozone gas treatments and at-home ozonated oil. The goal was to reduce soreness, pain, and improve eating and quality of life.
