Summary
This study will monitor the safety and effectiveness of Ozempic (semaglutide) in 600 Korean adults with type 2 diabetes during their regular medical care. Participants will receive Ozempic as prescribed by their doctor, and researchers will track their health outcomes for about 6 months. The goal is to understand how well the medication works and what side effects occur in everyday clinical practice.
