Summary
This study is testing whether a nasal spray containing oxytocin can help adults with binge-eating disorder. Over 8 weeks, researchers will compare the spray to a placebo (inactive spray) to see if it safely reduces how often people binge eat. They will also check if early changes in appetite, pleasure response, or impulse control can predict who benefits most from the treatment.
