Summary
This trial tests whether giving high-concentration oxygen during a clot-removal procedure can improve recovery for people having a major stroke who arrive at the hospital 6 to 24 hours after symptoms began. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either the oxygen therapy or standard care alongside the procedure.
