Summary

This study tested whether a lower oxygen target (90% saturation) or a higher one (96% saturation) is better for people hospitalized with acute heart failure and fluid buildup in the lungs. 122 adults were randomly assigned to one of two groups using a special oxygen-delivery robot. The main goal was to measure lung fluid after 24 hours. The study aims to find the safest oxygen level for these patients.
