Drug trial aims to speed recovery from Post-Surgery leaks
NCT ID NCT06966778
Summary
This study is testing whether a medication called oxybutynin can help men recover bladder control more quickly after robotic prostate cancer surgery. About 135 men will be randomly assigned to take either the real drug or a placebo pill daily for 1-3 months. Researchers will compare the two groups to see if the medication improves how fast men stop needing protective pads.
