Summary

This study looks at whether giving people with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) access to their nightly oxygen levels can improve their experience with a mouthpiece device (MAD). About 120 adults with mild to severe OSA will either get standard care or also see their oximetry data through a special app. The goal is to see if this feedback helps patients feel more engaged and satisfied with their treatment.
