NCT ID NCT07650838
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This Phase 2 trial tests two drugs, OVV-01 and AK112, given together every two weeks to 40 adults with advanced soft tissue sarcoma that has not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors safely. Researchers will also measure how long any response lasts and how long patients live without their cancer getting worse.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
OVV-01 injection and AK112 injection (drug combination)
What this could lead to
If successful, this combination could offer a new treatment option for people with advanced soft tissue sarcoma who have run out of standard therapies.
What could go wrong
This is an early Phase 2 trial with only 40 participants, so results may not apply to everyone. The combination may cause side effects or fail to shrink tumors.
