First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at different preventive surgeries for women with gene mutations that raise their risk of ovarian cancer. Researchers want to see if removing the fallopian tubes first and delaying ovary removal works as well as standard surgery or close monitoring. About 480 women will be followed for 3 years to track cancer rates, side effects, and quality of life.
