Video aims to boost interest in Cancer-Preventing surgery

Summary
This study is testing whether an educational video increases interest in a preventive surgery to remove the fallopian tubes, which may help lower ovarian cancer risk. Researchers will ask women aged 45+ who are already scheduled for other abdominal surgery to watch the video and complete surveys. The goal is to see if the video changes their decision about having the preventive procedure done at the same time as their planned operation.
