Summary
This study aims to find the best way to prevent ovarian cancer in women who have a high genetic risk. It compares two surgical options: removing the fallopian tube ends now and ovaries later at menopause, versus removing both tubes and ovaries immediately. The goal is to see if the delayed approach is as effective at preventing advanced cancer while allowing women to keep their ovaries and natural hormones longer.
