Summary
This study aims to discover why some ovarian cancers become resistant to standard platinum-based chemotherapy. Researchers will follow 600 patients for five years, collecting health data and biological samples during their normal treatment. The goal is to identify factors that cause treatment resistance, which could help develop better therapies in the future.
