New surgical approach tested for tough ovarian cancers

Summary
This study is testing whether removing specific lymph nodes near the liver and stomach is safe and effective for women with advanced or returning ovarian cancer. Researchers will follow 94 patients who have this specialized surgery to see if it helps control the cancer longer. The main goal is to measure how many patients remain cancer-free for two years after the procedure.
