Summary
This study aims to understand why the immune system fails to fight ovarian cancer effectively. Researchers will compare blood, bone marrow, and immune cells from 90 women with ovarian cancer and healthy controls. The goal is to find ways to reprogram immune cells to attack the tumor, potentially leading to future therapies.
