Can a simple hearing aid ease the strain of early memory loss?
NCT ID NCT06112860
Summary
This study aims to see if over-the-counter hearing aids or special communication strategies can make conversations easier for older adults who have both hearing loss and early-stage memory problems. Researchers will compare the two approaches in 50 participants and their communication partners. The goal is to understand which method is more helpful for improving daily communication.
