Summary

This study tests two different ways of giving osteoporosis drugs to postmenopausal women with very low bone density. One group gets a repeating 6-month cycle of two drugs for 2 years, while the other gets one drug for a year followed by another for a year. The goal is to see which schedule improves bone density more and reduces pain. About 70 women aged 50-90 will take part.
