This study looks at how the drug romosozumab affects bone-making cells in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis. Researchers will take small bone samples to count these cells early and late in treatment. The goal is to understand why the drug works, not to test a new treatment. About 16 women already prescribed romosozumab will join.
