First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether adding capivasertib to osimertinib can help people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer whose disease has worsened after initial treatment. About 53 adults with EGFR-mutant NSCLC and additional PIK3CA/AKT1/PTEN gene changes will receive the two drugs together. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the combination shrinks tumors or delays progression.
