Sleep apnea study to reveal how CPAP alters body signals

NCT ID NCT07406620

First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at how continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy affects body signals like oxygen levels, heart rate, and breathing in adults with obstructive sleep apnea. Researchers will analyze data from 160 people who completed a previous trial, comparing signals before treatment and after three and six months of CPAP use. The goal is to understand how CPAP changes the complexity of these signals, which may help improve future treatments.
