First seen Apr 11, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looked at 50 adults who had jaw surgery to fix an anterior open bite (a gap between front teeth). Researchers wanted to see if tongue rehabilitation (retraining tongue position) after surgery helped prevent the gap from coming back. The goal is to improve long-term success of the surgery.
