First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether a self-management program—including education, exercises, and mind-body techniques—can reduce pain in people with chronic orofacial pain and temporomandibular disorders (TMD). About 98 adults will be randomly assigned to either the self-management group or standard care based on clinical guidelines. Researchers will also explore how personality traits might influence treatment success.
