Summary
This study tests a supplement called Origin Satiety Complex to see if it can help healthy adults feel less hungry and more full after eating. Thirty adults aged 21-50 with a normal or slightly high BMI will take the supplement or a placebo and rate their hunger. The goal is to find a safe way to manage appetite without medication.
