Summary
This study tests whether a supplement called Origin Satiety Complex can help healthy adults feel less hungry and more full after eating. Thirty adults aged 21 to 50 with a normal or slightly high body weight will take either the supplement or a placebo and rate their hunger and fullness over several hours. The goal is to see if the supplement changes eating-related feelings compared to placebo.
