Summary

This study is observing about 10,000 adults who have had a stroke and received the clot-busting drug tenecteplase as part of their normal care. Researchers will track their recovery and any side effects for 90 days to see how well the drug works in real-world settings across many hospitals in China. The goal is to gather information to improve stroke treatment nationwide.
