Summary

This study tests a mix of immunotherapy drugs (sintilimab, IBI310, lenvatinib) to see if they can make certain stomach or colon cancers disappear without needing surgery. It includes 34 adults whose cancers have a specific genetic feature (dMMR/MSI-H) and have not spread. The goal is to preserve the affected organ while controlling the disease.
