Summary
This study tested a once-daily pill called orforglipron to see if it helps people with obesity or overweight maintain weight loss they achieved in a previous study. 376 adults who completed the earlier weight-loss program took either the pill or a placebo. The goal was to measure how well the pill prevented weight regain over time.
