Summary
This study tested a new medication, orforglipron, to see how it changes body fat in adults with obesity or overweight who do not have diabetes. About 120 participants took either the drug or a placebo for around 8 months. The main goal was to measure changes in visceral fat (the harmful fat around organs), along with appetite, weight, and other health markers.
