Summary
This study tests a personalized cell therapy called Orca-T for 80 adults with acute myeloid leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome. Participants receive a stem cell transplant with specially processed donor cells designed to reduce complications like graft-versus-host disease. The goal is to improve survival and recovery after transplant.
