Heart artery showdown: which technique wins?

Summary
This study compares two methods to treat hardened calcium deposits in heart arteries. About 50 adults with coronary artery disease will be randomly assigned to receive either orbital atherectomy or intravascular lithotripsy during a standard artery-opening procedure. The goal is to see which technique leads to better artery expansion and fewer complications.
