Summary

This study aims to find out whether taking acetaminophen (Tylenol) by mouth or through an IV works better for pain control after lumbar spine fusion surgery. About 180 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either oral or IV acetaminophen for 48 hours after surgery. Researchers will measure pain levels, how long patients stay in the hospital, and their quality of life.
