Summary

This study is testing whether taking oral tranexamic acid after total shoulder replacement surgery can reduce pain and improve short-term outcomes. Sixty adults aged 18-79 having shoulder replacement will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo. The goal is to see if this common medication can help people recover more comfortably.
