First seen Jan 22, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looks at how different doses of oral THC (the active ingredient in cannabis) affect mood, heart rate, and drug feelings in healthy adults aged 18-55 who have used cannabis before without problems. Participants will attend four visits, each time receiving either a low, medium, or high dose of THC or a placebo, and will complete questionnaires and have their vital signs monitored. The goal is to understand how THC affects people differently based on dose, which may help guide safer use.
