Summary
This study followed 194 adults with type 2 diabetes in Canada who were prescribed oral semaglutide (Rybelsus) by their doctors. Researchers tracked how well the medication controlled blood sugar and affected weight over 8-10 months in everyday medical practice. The study aimed to understand how this once-daily pill works for real patients outside of controlled clinical trials.
