New pill targets 'MYC' cancer genes in advanced tumors
NCT ID NCT05546268
Summary
This early-phase study is testing an experimental oral medication called MRT-2359 in people with advanced cancers that have run out of standard treatment options. The trial focuses on several types of solid tumors and lymphoma, particularly those driven by specific genes called L-MYC or N-MYC. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug shows early signs of helping to control the cancer.
