Summary

This study is testing if a natural sugar supplement called N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) can help control symptoms of Crohn's disease. It will enroll 40 adults with Crohn's affecting the small intestine. Participants will take either the supplement or a placebo powder for several weeks to see if it reduces disease activity and is safe.
