New oral pill enters first human trial for Tough-to-Treat blood cancers

Summary

This is the first study in people to test a new oral pill called NTX-301. It aims to see if the drug is safe and can help control advanced forms of leukemia and related blood cancers that have come back or stopped responding to other treatments. The study will enroll about 22 adults to find the right dose and see early signs of how well the drug works.
