NCT ID NCT07343596
First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tests whether a custom lab-grown tumor system can predict how oral cancer responds to immunotherapy before surgery. About 20 adults with stage II-IVB oral cavity cancer will provide a biopsy, receive standard pembrolizumab, and then have surgery. Researchers will analyze gene and immune changes to see if the model matches real treatment outcomes.
